This is just south of the city centre, on the edge of the Gower and with all the facilities of this busy city (cinemas, go-karting, indoor bowls, laser dome etc) close by. Accessibility Information: This modern second floor apartment has been furnished to a high standard. It has a designated car parking space with a security post, approx 50ft from the front door. It is one of six flats in the block and part of a large marina development surrounding Swansea Marina. On each side of the block of flats is flat paving which is well maintained, there are four stairs with handrails to the main door to the block of flats, followed by two flights of ten stairs, each to the flat on the 2nd floor, also with handrails on the stairs and the landing areas. The hall and stairwell are well lit with lights on each floor. There is no lift or stair lift. There is one small step to the rear of the building leading on to the marina. The flat has minimalist, cream modern décor. All doors are standard size with light coloured wood and frosted glass panels. The kitchen, lounge and both bedrooms have plenty of room for movement. In the bathroom, the toilet area is confined by a glass block wall and two outside walls. All lighting is spot lit and has dimmer switches. There are bedside lights in both bedrooms. Wardrobes have sliding mirror doors and are floor to ceiling. Both have storing and hanging space. TVs, DVD player and radio are operated by remote control. All electric power points are at 450mm level and light/dimmer switches at 1400mm. Central heating and hot water switches are at 1000mm. There is no telephone. Situated in the hall is an internal phone to speak to visitors which also opens the front door automatically.
