A pretty, detached, double-glazed bungalow with lovely river views and where the rear garden gives direct access to the foreshore of the Cleddau Estuary at Llangwm Ferry, between Haverfordwest and Pembroke (6 miles). This village within Pembrokeshire Coast National Park has a shop and a pub; walks from the door, local birdwatching, fishing, canoeing and waterside pubs. Double and twin bedrooms (both with easy chairs), bath/shower room, fitted pine kitchen, utility, dining room and lounge. Microwave, w/machine, f/freezer, TV, video, music centre, c/heating, incoming phone. Very large garden with lawns, 50 yds to dinghy launch. Accessibility Information: This property is a traditional 1930’s bungalow with a gate leading from the main road along a short path to the front door. The property has an adjoining parking area, although cars can be parked directly outside the gate for loading and unloading. Two small steps lead into the property through the front door. The main rooms (two bedrooms, living room and dining room) are all on the same level, with a step leading directly from the dining room into the kitchen, and from the hall into the rear hall, from which the kitchen, bathroom and utility room can be accessed at the same level. In the bathroom, there is a separate shower cubicle in addition to the bath. From the back door, there is a flight of steps leading into the rear garden. These have a sturdy hand rail and railings. There is a path around the whole of the property so that the rear garden can also be accessed by a flat walk from the front gate. Throughout, the décor is bright and the property is well served with lights, both main ceiling lights and supplementary lamps. Both bedrooms have bedside lights with the main bedroom also having a main light pull over the bed. The television and video are both remotely operated.
