This delightful little cottage is located a few yards from the river in the hamlet of Llangwm Ferry, in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park between Haverfordwest and Pembroke (6 miles). The semi-detached cottage has two small bedrooms (double and single), a shower room and a fitted kitchen/living room with futon sofa bed and a woodburner. Washer/dryer, small TV, hi-fi, storage and other electric heaters. Nearby boat launching, walks from the door, birdwatching, fishing and canoeing. Watersports Centre in Pembroke Dock and the beautiful beaches of north & south Pembrokeshire within easy reach.

Accessibility Information: This is a semi-detached cottage which is over 100 years old, situated on a quiet ‘No through road’. The sole access is via the front door which is directly off the pavement. The cottage has no garden but there is a parking space immediately outside the front. The accommodation is finished to a high standard throughout. The ground floor of the property, comprising a U-shaped kitchen, sitting room area and dining area, is open place and all on one level. The staircase (which rises in the sitting room area on the back wall) has a right angle turn near the bottom and a handrail on the left hand side. The main bedroom is to the left immediately at the top of the stairs with the door to the second bedroom at the end of a small landing. The door to the bathroom is facing you at the top of the stairs and comprises a shower (no bath), a wash hand basin and toilet. Walls throughout are mostly pale with white doors and door frames. Lighting is good. Some power points are just above skirting board level though all light switches are between 900 and 1200mm from the floor. There is a TV and video recorder but this does not have teletext and there is no phone.
