Accessibility Information: This cottage is a stone built outbuilding conversion. There is plenty of parking space next to the cottage but the entrance is from the back garden, and access to this garden is via five slate steps which are deep but uneven, and curve round to the back of the cottage. The concrete path passes through a gate and along the back of the cottage with a very small step half way along. The main accommodation is well lit, uncluttered and spacious, and is on one floor with a second twin bedroom reached by a ladder. From the lounge the kitchen/dining area is up one small step (100mm approx) and the double bedroom and ensuite bathroom are down two steps. The television has remote control and teletext. The kettle is cordless. Light switches are approx 1400mm high and power points 450mm (except for worktop level points in the kitchen). There is no phone.
