Full Details
Enjoying an idyllic and peaceful location at one of Carmarthenshire's newest and most exciting Golf Courses, these barn conversions make an ideal holiday retreat. The cottage sleeps 6, and has recently been renovated to a high standard. In the well-kept grounds of the golf course is a coarse fishing lake, which is well stocked and can be fished by holidaymakers by prior consent with the owners. Guests with golfing experience are offered one free round of golf on the course. Those who do not have experience can always use this opportunity to learn. Within a 20-minute drive of the cottages, there are many beaches and coves, ideal for exploring, walking and swimming (some have Blue Flag status). Within walking distance of the cottages (about half a mile) is the village of Saron there is a friendly pub which serves good food and village store, ten minutes drive away you will find a restaurant and leisure centre. The nearby towns of Llandysul, Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn provide good shopping, galleries, restaurants, supermarkets and banks. For larger groups there are a further two cottages sleeping 4 and 2 respectively. The kitchen is fitted with Shaker style units, range style cooker fridge with seperate freezer compartment, disher and microwave oven. Washing machine and place to store coats etc in utility room. The dining area occupies one side of the kitchen beside a long window with views of the garden area and patio. The dining area is furnished with a long dining table and 6 chairs. Steps lead to the spacious galleried lounge. It is furnished with large comfortable sofas coffee table colour tv video radio and items of occaisonal furniture . It also affords panoramic views of the golf course and the Teifi valley. Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the ground floor, they are both furnished with twin beds and have wardrobes and have chests of drawers. Bedroom 3 is on the first floor and has a king size bed, wardrobe chest of drawers and large picture windows. The bathroom has a bath with an over bath shower fitment, wc and wash hand basin. Outside there is a patio and lawned area with garden furniture as well as the folf course and lake, which may be enjoyed by guests. There is oil fired central heating throughout the property and all electric and heating is included in the rental. Fresh linen and duvets are provided for the beds. Ample parking outside the cottage. A travel cot is provided. A pet is welcomed but must not be left in the property unattended and must be exercised on a lead. No smoking at this property
