The property is situated on the highest point of St Anne's Head just outside the small village of Dale in beautiful quiet countryside. The house afford views over the islands of Skomer, Skokholm and Grassholm to the West and over the Milford haven approaches to the South east. The house is double glazed and has oil fired central heating throughout. The gardens are mainly laid to lawn and are surrounded by high banks. ( The type of enclosure typical in this part of Wales).There is off road parking for cars. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, dining room. separate kitchen, lounge with French windows into the garden, downstairs w.c and ground floor double bedroom. On the first floor there are 2 further double bedrooms and a bunk room each with their own washbasins, a single bedroom, and separate bathroom, toilet and shower room.

• Swimming : Alot of the beaches in the area are excellent for swimming. though please be careful if warnings are indicated on any beaches.
• Water Activities : A wide range can be booked through West Wales Windsurfing in the village of Dale.
• Boating/Sailing : Boats and equipment can be hired in the village of Dale
• Bird Watching : Excellent location for birdwatching. In addition organised trips for birdwatchers can be booked in the village of Dale.
• Children's Programs : A variety of lessons in different watersports can be booked at West Wales Windsurfing in the villaage of Dale.
• Sightseeing : St. Davids. Pembroke castle. Sea safaris to the islands from Dale.
• Surfing : Bodyboards are available and good surfing can often be found on local beaches. though please heed warnings where indicated.
