Llanerchindda Farm House ( 5 Bedrooms sleeping 11 people)

This is the original Farmhouse with beautiful feature inglenook fireplace, smithy fire and ham rails on ceiling.

The kitchen has oak settles surrounding a farmhouse table and is well appointed with microwave, gas cooker, toasters, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

• Laundry : There is a laundry in a seperate building with one front loading washing machine a commercial top loading washing machine and a commercial gas dryer. There is also a large drying room for any wet outdoor gear.
• Kitchen : The Farm house has a large Kitchen/Dinning room with plenty of cupboard space. The Kitchen has a Dishwasher. fridge freezer and Washing Machine and combined Dryer.
• Bathroom : There are two en-suite bedrooms and one further family bathroom on the ground floor.
• Bar : There is a licensed bar in the guest house adjacent to this cottage.
• Lounge : There is a good sized lounge with seating for 10 and an open fire. There is also a TV. DVD player and free view digi box.
• Pets : Pets are welcome.
• Parking : There is ample parking adjacent to the farmhouse across a minor country road.
• Picnic Area/Bbq
• Garden Area : There is a garden area in front of the Farm house which is shared by the Guest House.
• Restaurant/Dining : There is a restaurant in the guest house serving both Breakfast and evenning meals (please book in advance). Breakfast is available at £7.00 per person per morning and dinner is available at £15.50 per person per night for a 3 course farmhouse style menu.
