Luxury Self-catering accommodation in the heart of the Afan Valley

4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which have en-suite facilities.

1 single bedroom downstairs with adjacent shower room and WC.

We have a large lounge of approximately 45 square metres, comfortably furnished with a large TV. We also have a full size slate pool table for relaxing evenings in.

The dining room adjoins the kitchen and can seat up to 14 people.

The kitchen boasts all modern appliances including a 6 hob cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, utensils and crockery etc

The Utility Room has a washing machine & tumble dryer.

The rear garden has a BBQ and double chiminea heaters in the patio area, with stunning views over the Afan Valley. Perfect for those relaxing summer evenings.

We also have a two car garage for storage and workshop use with bike cleaning bay.
